Don’t worry because that can happen, especially when you feel like your life’s one big routine. Try to break free of that. Use your break time to walk around and get some fresh air. If you can, read a book or talk with someone in your office. New ideas can come when you least expect it. What they require from you is action so they can surface.

Being bored at work can also mean that you’re overworking yourself; that all you see, speak or breathe is work. Take a break for at least 10-15 minutes. Play a game or read online articles. Add some spice to your life. Walk around if you want. Or, you can allot a few minutes to take a power nap. Maybe your mind is just pooped. Even though it’s on work mode every day, you should still cut your brain some slack.
