  3. Eat less during dinner. When you go home, you’re definitely tired and hungry. Easy on the dinner. If you eat too much and aren’t able to burn the calories (because you’re in the office), you’ll definitely gain weight rapidly.
  4. Take the chance to exercise. Filipinos are lazy to exercise but that doesn’t mean that all hope is lost. One can do some walking. Instead of riding a jeep or cab to a certain destination, just walk. You may also use the stairs instead of the elevator. This can definitely do wonders for your weight maintenance.
