Maintainance Junior Officer

Responsibilities:
Prospective Applicant shall operate all building facilities such as but not limited to airconditions,elevators, generators, pumps,etc. He shall do regular reports on different building facilities as to its performance, readings, status, condition. He shall coordinate with various service and professional contractors as to its performance and efficiency. He shall coordinate with the Building administration in the various areas of concern. He shall attend to the needs and inquiries of the building’s prospective locators . He shall coordinate with various government and private offices in relation to Building’s operation.

Requirements:

• Male only 45 – 50 yrs old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Knowldege in Autocad is highly preferred
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• TESDA course or related certificate course on refrigeration and airconditioning highly preferred.
• With carpentry and plumbing knowledge required.
• Five years experience in general function of various facilities in a building.
• With safety regulations knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate is a must.
• Knows how to drive.
• Full-Time position.
• Keen, organized and analytic with details.
• Can multi task.
• Can handle pressure.
• Responsible with good decision making.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Near the vicinity of Makati and San Juan City.
• Pleasing Personality.
