Kabalikat para sa Maunlad na Buhay, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization envisions the communities to live in abundance with strengthen faith in God and right relationship to fellowmen and the rest of the creation. The organization provides financial and non-financial services through the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Nurturing through Transformation, Re-formation and Empowerment program or ENTREP. Financial services are provided to sustain the micro-businesses of program clients such as group loans and savings and other financial products normally not available to them (i.e. insurance).

Responsibilities:

Account Officer is responsible for the delivery, implementation, and monitoring of KMBI's agricultural microfinance program in the area assignment.

Requirements:

M/F, not more than 35 years old
Graduate of BS Agriculture or any related course
Relevant (1-3 years) experience in community development, community organizing, rural and agricultural development.
Physically fit to withstand the requirements of travels and field activities.
Excellent presentation skills.
Computer literate
With Strong Christian Values
Willing to be assigned in Davao Area
