Mandarin Speaking Restaurant Manager
at Resorts World Manila in Metro Manila-Pasay

We are an International conglomerate, with a vision of making the Philippines one of the best tourist destinations in Asia. We are building the country's first 24x7 integrated entertainment city which includes a six-star boutique hotel with full butler service, and a world class entertainment and retail complex.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the operations of the restaurant.
Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
Preparing reports required by the management.
Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
Responding to customer complaints.
Training and motivating staff.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, Mandarin
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Restaurant Manager in a five-star hotel or fine dining establishment is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
