RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and assess financial statements and budget documents.
Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
Monitor banking activities of the organization.
Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare tax returns, accounting reports for governmental agencies.
Responsible for licenses, permits and other documents that require updated registrations.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
Knowledge of tax laws, legal financial reporting methods, and other government mandated regulations
