Japanese Speaking Management Officer

Outstanding opportunities exist for hard working and reliable individual to join our new outsourcing venture in First Philippines Industrial Park, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
•Previous experience as a Japanese Interpreter (preferably passed Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 to N1 or its equivalent)
•Willing to OJT at Head office in Tokyo, Japan for 6 months to 1 year to learn top management
•Has management and leadership skills
•Excellent relational and communication skills
•Excellent problem solving skills and can thrive under pressure
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Mature, self-motivated, and have a good character
Hours will vary, however you must be available for shifts on weekdays and have a flexibility to work outside normal working hours including weekends. Willingness to progress with the company will result in excellent remuneration.
