SAP CRM Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Both Technical and Business/Functional focus
• Change request, Support and Error handling
• Documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP CRM support consultant in a multinational, multi-cultural environment
• Possess sound architectural knowledge on SAP CRM, preferably CRM 7.0 onwards; and processes and integration experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0, preferably in CS, SD, and PS
• Strong expertise in one or more of following areas: CRM Service, CRM E-Service, CRM Sales, CRM Marketing, CRM Interaction Centre Web, CRM WebUI development, CRM Middleware, Groupware integration, and CRM Data Model (BOL)
• Minimum university degree level education in business or IT
• Customer oriented mindset, strong communication skills, a good team player, and a keen learner
