Makati-Based Call Center Agents

Responsibilities:
- Call Center Agents deliver world-class customer service to our valued customers across the globe.
- Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships
- Describes customer channels & products
Qualifications:
- Completed at least two years of college education
- Preferably, with customer service or sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills
-Multi-tasking skills (Preferred), long call center retention, highly motivated to work
- Proficient in the use of computer and internet application
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
- Applicants must be willing to work in UP-Ayala Technohub or Makati City
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
