Full-time Project Engineer

Job Qualification:
-Male, Licensed Mechanical Engineer from a reputable college/university
-With 1-2 years of work experience in Project Management and Construction
-Willing to do field work
-Willing to be assigned in Sta. Ana

-Conceptualization/design of new Service Station
-Preparation of estimates and technical documents for bid and construction of Service Station
-Evaluation of proposals from contractors
-Close monitoring and supervision on construction of new Service Stations from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical works and LPG Autogas Installation. Also, to ensure completion of project and should be in accordance with the plan and Standard
-Ensures that the contractor follows the specified design requirement without compromising safety and quality
-Set weekly construction meeting with contractors for project accomplishment update
-Signing of plans for application of permits to various government agencies
-Update the EXECOM for progress of various projects
-Assist maintenance group in conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on LPG installation
-Conduct trainings on station dealers and forecourt attandants regarding parts of the station, engineering quick fixes, and Autogas LPG parts and functions.
-Comply with Department of Energy on the procedures or guidelines on building of fuel refilling stations. represent company for the Technical Working Group formed by Department of Energy (DOE) for the review of Philippine National Standard on refilling stations

-Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction (Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical)
-Prepare parametric and detailed estimates
-Prepare plans and project schedule (Ganti, Chart, Pert CPM)
-Has sense of urgency and good decision making
-Provide technical support for sales and marketing department
-Knowledgeable in mechanical piping for Petroleum Refilling Stations
