Assistant Concession Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible in sourcing the best suppliers with highest quality of merchandise and optimum payment terms to provide the required merchandise volume to meet the established targets of Merchandising, Concession, and Operations Departments.
She shall be communicating with the suppliers the specifications conditions, delivery dates and payment terms.
Responsible in making purchases of merchandise as authorized by properly approved requisitions for fulfilling all the merchandising needs of all stores.
Responsible in receiving deliveries from suppliers and is consequently responsible for ensuring that all items delivered to the company are in good condition.
Requirements:
- female
- graduate of Business Management/ Marketing/ Economics/ Retail Management or any related course
- preferably literate with Chinese, but not necessarily excellent with the language
- must have at least 3 years related experience
- with good scholastic record
- related experience gained from a retail industry is an advantage;
- can relate to all levels of the organization;
- highly organized, analytical and keen to details;
- proficient in MS Office applications;
- able to work with minimum supervision
