Salary Range (Package): Php 55,000- Php 60,000
Work Schedule: Shifting, Weekends, Holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Site Director, this position is responsible for the overall operation of a large call center or several small call centers. The incumbent is responsible for the service delivery execution including achievement contractual centre performance metrics and assisting with annual budget preparation and managing financial resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College course completion or equivalent experience through understanding of call center operations, principles and metrics
• Good knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of call center experience including 3 to 4 years in management capacity
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and resolving customer service and clients issues
