Full-time JOB OPENING Accounts Bookkeeper

at Remote Staff - Think Innovations Pty Ltd in

Client is into importing and distributing software devices.

Tentative Work Schedule: 7am - 4pm (Manila Time), Monday to Friday
This is a work from home or telecommute position.

Skill(s) / Requirements
-Has a high sense of responsibility, focused, quick learner and is very keen to details
-Proficient English skills, for both oral and written communications
-High accuracy with financial numeracy as some quotes can be quite complex
-Has a thorough understanding of USD/AUD exchange and conversion
-Proficiency in performing cash flow analysis, general ledger, payroll system, invoicing, purchasing, analysis and reconciliations.
-Experience with QuoteWerks and CRM system would be an advantage but not required
-Must be proficient in Quickbooks, and MS Applications

Responsibilities
-Quoting, Ordering and Invoicing
-Coordinate with customers / clients via email regarding quote requests and orders
-Adhere to customer service standards when communicating with clients
-Maintain the maximum turnaround time for quotes and orders, which is 3 hours
-Other admin tasks - updating potentials and customer information in CRM system and running financial reports.
