Full-time HR Compensation and Benefits Officer

at DENCOM Consultancy & Manpower Services in

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and compensation, surveys/benchmarking and job evaluation systems.
• Good knowledge BPO market/industry information
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Administering benefits program both mandated by the government and company benefits. Preparation of government required reports is a must.
• Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy payment
• Assist to make annual salary survey.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred Finance/ Business Management)
• 2 – 3 years experience in the same capacity. HR
• Possess good analytical skills
• Well versed with HR and local law knowledge
• Good time management and organizational skills
