Full-time Customer Service Engineer

at Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. in

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs diagnostic isolation, replacement and repair of computer related problems including pull out and delivery of units ensuring next business day response and on-site resolution.

2. Recommends and/or applies necessary system changes including hardware and software upgrades.

3. Contacts the customer(s) for service calls to determine scope of problem and attempt resolution via telephone.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be licensed in Electronic and Communication Engineering
•Work experience of at least 1 year in a related function
•Knowledge in PC Troubleshooting and Maintenance
•Only males within 23-27 years old
