BUSINESS STAFFING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. (BSMI) has its roots in 1976 (March) that provides different manpower services, projects/general management and optical services. Today, BSMI is serving various clients, many of which are top local and multinational companies and manufacturing firms, with a combined personnel of about 1,000 people in the year 1991. It has established two (2) subsidiaries, namely, Industrial and Health Personnel Management Services Corp. (IHPMSC) which serves the Industrial and Health service sectors and the Job and Personnel Alliance Systems, Inc. (JPASI) which caters to the office, counter and field sales, marketing, promotions, engineering and other related services.

Product Development Manager

Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering and/or Science; MS, PhD. an advantage
• Minimum of five years work experience in a managing a product development team with good track record
• With excellent project management background
• Good working knowledge of six-sigma methodology, statistical analysis and tools, and DOEs. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• General familiarity with a variety of electronic components in terms of theory of operation, materials, construction, performance specs and application principles in electrical/electronic circuits.
• With general familiarity with a variety of electronic components in terms of theory of operation, materials, construction, performance specs and application principles in electrical/electronic circuits in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• With good knowledge of quality systems

• Must be willing to work within Batangas area.
