Human Resource and Employee Relation Assistant
Job Requirements
• Graduate of any Law School, Psychology; Organizational Behavior, or its equivalent
- Male, not more than 35 years old
• At least two (2) years work experience on HR field and various facets of administrative functions and employee relation
Job Specifications
• Familiar with the Labor Code of the Philippines
• Can design, formulate, facilitate and evaluate various training programs
• Familiar in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Training Needs Analysis and other Organizational Development concepts
• Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• With an above average oral and communication skills; inter-personal; interviewing; facilitation; planning and organizing skills
