Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in general human resource management with specialization on recruitment and placement
• Experience in executive search and mass recruitment, preferably for finance, accounting and related positions
• Possess a strong network of job applicant sources

• Aggressive, target driven and independent
