Head Of Marketing

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Complete responsibility for effective marketing strategies.
• Develop company brand or contribute through tailored specialist marketing.
• Oversees all designs and contents of communications materials.
• Oversees the management of marketing relationships with external agencies.
• Liaising with product team to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons.
• Responsible for all internal communications, including content, promotions, frequency, player segmentation and general newsletters.
• To implement existing marketing plans, based on market studies and recommend market strategies.
• To consolidate existing revenue channels by streamlining marketing activity designed for various customer segments and developing new revenue streams.
• To ensure consolidation and development of the client database.
• To coordinate with marketing and communication for brand activation and awareness.
• To review progress of marketing activities with team members weekly/daily.

• To design and implement all mutually beneficial relationship building initiatives with clients and creative and media agencies.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. However, Bachelor’s degree holders with excellent work experience will be considered favorably.

• Required skill(s):

-> Experience required within Online Casino/Gaming marketing environment, including an awareness of analysis techniques and issues.
-> Between 32-40 years old.
-> The ability to think commercially and strategically in developing a clear insight for management.
-> Typically having 8 to 10 years of marketing experiences with at least 4 years on internet, online services/media industry experiences.
-> Has successfully managed substantive marketing budgets and led a high caliber team, ideally in an internet, media or technology/telco company.
-> A proven, successful track record of increasing company revenue through well-executed marketing efforts.
-> Passion for the web and its impact on the future of marketing, thought leader and expert on the changing face of marketing.
-> Some global or international experiences preferred.
-> Have project management skills, must be able to manage multiple programs at one time.
-> Process strong developmental skills, ability to keep work flowing, minimizing problems or delays.
-> Proficient use of MS Office and Excel.
-> Outstanding relationships building, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• The successful candidate will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila, The Philippines.
