Telecommunications Service Representative

Job Description:
1. Placing of orders via SPQ ( provisioning ) for new telephone lines and services ( including: Landlines, Mobiles, DSL , Inbound numbers, International freelink )
2. Follow up and checking all orders
3. Administration duties associated with processing of orders
3. Liaise with Phone Business staff /customers re: orders placement, progress and activations
4. Update of customer data within billing systems
Job Requirements:
1. Good computer skills ( Med to High level exp: in MSExcel / MSword / MSoutlook )
2. Good English
3. Accurate data entry skills
4. Able to work autonomously
5. Full time 9am to 5pm Sydney time ( 7am to 4pm Manilla time )
( hours may vary depending on Australia daylight saving times )
6. Previous experience in the Telecommunications Industry would be an advantage
7. Previous accounts experience would also be an advantage
