Qualification:
• Be part of the dynamic Kitchen Operations team that consistently ensure high quality of Japanese food
• Prepare & deliver dishes in the menu according to high standards of quality, consistency and time lines
• Be an active team player in minimizing food wastage
• Maintain hygiene & cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure all equipments are clean and kept properly
• Ensure kitchen operations are carried out productively and smoothly
• Two (2) to Five (5) year(s) experience in Japanese food production.
• With at least Two (2) year(s) of working experience in hotels
• 23-35 years of age
• With pleasing personality, Can speak "good" English
