Education: College graduate preferably with a degree in engineering and Management
Experience: Has at least 5 years experience as Production Supervisor or 10 years experience as Press Supervisor
Skills:
Knowledgeable in the over-all production process from Pre-Press to Post Press. Good in oral and written communications. Has a good inter-personal skill.
Personality:
Result Oriented. Articulate. Team Leader at the same time team player. Patient. Can motivate people to work towards a common goal. Familiar with PSDM Process
Age: 35 to 45 years old
