PURCHASING MANAGER (can speak Chinese)
Responsibilities:
• Design; create interacting and engaging company collaterals, ensuring visual efficacy and ease of access. Knowing technical specifications
• Requesting offers from suppliers
• Evaluation of offers both locally and overseas
• Negotiating prices, delivery and other conditions
• After order: controlling price and other conditions
• Organizing administration and documents
• Involved in preparation of commercial contracts
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience.
• Fluently can speak in English and Chinese
• Ability to analyze technical data in supplier’s proposals, good communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills, knowledge of supply-chain management, and the ability to perform financial analyses.
