Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
• Designs recruitment advertisement.
• Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to HR Manager.
• Ensure all vacancies filed with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Efficiently lead the recruitment team and its activities.
• Responsible for developing recruitment materials.
• Responsible for delivering high quality service to candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to vacancies.
• Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
• Generates recruitment related reports.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Responsible for sourcing, in-depth screening of candidates depending upon the requirement and job category of the client.
• Responsible for end to end process of recruitment, Selection and Job Placement.
Requirements:
• Possess a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Discipline and other related qualifications.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR and service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work without supervision on a broad variety of projects.
• Able to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines effectively.
