Deal Officer
at HR Career Hub in Metro Manila-Makati
• Developing and manipulating financial analysis and modeling; financial structuring and evaluations; securities distribution; deal structuring; and cash flow feasibility.
• At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Banking/Stock Brokerage firm/Investment House/Trust Department, Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics.
• Sufficient understanding of corporate finance work e.g. debt & equity finance, financial advisory services, mergers and acquisitions preferred.
