Graphic Artist
at HR Network Inc. in Metro Manila-Pasig
Major Responsibilities are:
• Provides graphic services for the development of various materials, i.e., manuals. Training resource, learning kits,
Reports, etc.
• Ensures quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness of printing-related logistical requirements which includes but not
limited to scouting for printing press, initiating negotiation, and recommends best provider/s, explaining printing
specifications and requirements; monitoring and printing process; doing final Proofreading of negative prior to
final run
• Assists in the development of training aids by doing the lay-out of supplementary handouts, visual aids,
Posters, charts, powerpoint slides, CD-ROM, etc.
General Capabilities/Competency Requirements
• A graduate of B.S. in Advertising, Communication Arts, Graphic Design or any related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience as Graphics Artist both in web and print-out
• Able to provide actual work samples
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Functional Competencies:
Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities in performing functions required for the job as follows:
• Proficiency in all Adobe, in-design and other graphics application is a must
• Knowledge in print, multiple page layouts, pre-press production, CMYK color separation
• Has a strong artistic background
• Skills in both traditional and non-traditional illustrations
• Knowledge in web and flash animation is a plus
• Background in PC and MAC format applications and basic trouble shooting
• Background in final artwork and pre-press production
• Good communication skills in English language, both oral and written
• Strong Christian commitment as evidenced by life and character
