QA Analyst
at HR Network Inc. in Metro Manila-Makati
The Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) will be responsible in ensuring that all applications being worked on are properly and completely tested.
The QA Analyst will work directly with the development team and Project Manager to ensure testing procedures are followed and executed The QA Analyst will also work closely with the Project Manager to plan, write and execute test scripts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that all requirements specified in the requirements document are complete, implemented and well tested.
• Ensures that all issues are captured and remedied before reaching the UAT/Production Environment.
• Responsible in the creation and execution of the Component Test Scripts, Assembly Test Scripts and Product/UAT Test Scripts.
• Prepares test data and coordinates with other teams to ensure that all preparations are completed before testing.
• Effectively monitors/tracks, document and report all issues being encountered.
• Makes every effort to complete assigned projects on time as assigned by Project Manager.
• Prioritizes workload based on business objectives and direction from Project Manager.
• Brings issues or concerns to the Project Manager immediately when discovered.
• Assist with deployment of software releases to the production environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must have a BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of solid working experience as Tester/QA in the related field.
• Can conduct application testing effectively and efficiently.
• Can effectively document, monitor/track and report all issues being encountered.
• Should possess very good analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly.
• Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform most duties without a lot of supervision.
• Strong team effort mentality.
