Open Access Marketing is looking for Executive Search Consultants/Executive Recruiters for a global staffing firm. The Executive Search Consultant will be part of a team who is revolutionizing the business model in the consulting industry. This position may be ideal for you if you enjoy interacting with the best management consultants and like the challenge of screening and pairing the right candidate for specific projects. In this role you will be given autonomy to manage projects and work closely with senior level management which can lead into a long time leadership career with the firm.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Understanding project requirements
• Recruiting for some of the most prestigious consulting firms and corporations in the world
• Screening consultant's portfolios to suit project needs
• Create and develop contact lists
• Locate candidates who are looking for a career change
Skills and Specifications
• 2-4 years experience in Executive Recruiting is a major plus
• Have a high level of ownership and be able to work with little direction
• Be comfortable with processing a large number of candidates over email and over the phone (call center experience, sourcing, or sales experience a plus)
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Be comfortable working with international candidates
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Have experience with sourcing contacts from the internet and building contact lists
Salary Range: Php 30,000 -- 35,000
