Human Resource Associate

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the HR and Admin. Manager.

She will primarily handle and monitor employee compensation and benefits. Part of the responsibilities also include handling matters pertaining to employee/ labor related cases, processing mandatory benefits, as well as developing policies related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business Course
• With minimum of 2 years related HR work experience primarily in Compensation and Benefits administration
• With experience handling complex employee related cases and a thorough understanding of labor laws affecting employee compensation
• Knowledgeable in development and implementation of policies related to compensation and benefits
• Able to express oneself clearly and comprehensively in both written and oral communication
• Must be able to comprehend, follow and clearly convey instructions to others
• Able to interface and work well with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality
• Has strong organizational skills and can perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
• Resourceful and results-oriented
• Driven and competitive
• Must be dependable, flexible and willing to work long hours
• Preferably 25-30 yrs. old Female applicants only

• Highly proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
