Responsibilities:
Customer Service Associate are the company’s primary interface with existing and potential customers and are responsible for ensuring that the customers receive the maximum benefit from the company’s products and services. Their goal is to educate and assist customers to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business.
Key Accountabilities
· Attend to customer calls and provide outstanding service to customers throughout the duration of the call.
· Listens, probes and analyses to determine underlying needs of customer concerns.
· Identify or recognize sales opportunities to meet customer needs and actively offer client’s products and services.
· Act as a team player and coordinate work with fellow team members.
Qualifications:
· At least two years of college education with no back subjects
· If less than two years of college education, at least one year of call center experience (agent position).
Preferably with experience with a telecoms account
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong PC and MS Office Skills
· must be willing to work in Northgate Cyberzone,Alabang.
