Executive Search and Human Resources Specialist “URGENT”
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
Coordinate and calibrate with supervisors and managers regarding job vacancies
Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
Source and screen candidates, from staff level to management positions.
Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview).
Conduct in- depth behavioral interviews, assessing functional and organizational fit of applicants.
Perform background check to shortlisted candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding hiring status.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment / staffing.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. more that one organization, agency or corporate) with a wide variety of job disciplines.
Adepth in terms of behavioral interviewing.
For background in Sourcing: Experience in creating sourcing strategies within allocated budget.
For background Executive Hiring: Preferrably with experience in consulting firms with experience on sourcing and processing Executive candidates, with client management and end to end recruitment background.
