IT JOBS PHILIPPINES: An IT job has just opened! Remote Staff is looking for a FULL TIME RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPERS. Our client owns a largest website programmed in Ruby on Rails.
This IT Job opening is a work from home or telecommute position.
Full time role, possible work schedule: 7am- 4pm Manila Time
Skill(s) / Requirements
-The candidate must be very comfortable with Ruby, and write code that matches the standards imposed by the Rails framework. The client uses up to date web standards like HTML5 and CSS3.
-Must have advance proficiency in HTML, XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets
-Must also be proficient in Javascript and AJAX
-Needs basic skills in PostgreSQL, UNIX / Linux and Ruby
-Knowledge in Capistrano code deployment.nHTML5 and Ruby on Rails version 3+,nGit source code managementn is an advantage
-Good communication skill is essential. The current system is very complicated and will need a lot of initial explanation.
Responsibilities
-Will be working closely with the client's other programming staff to complete projects in a timely manner.
