The Team Leader Operations is responsible for the delivery of retail division programs
The Team Leader is responsible for the recruitment of the field team in all markets as well as all field team communications
Lead and monitor the operations team to assign and receive all mystery shopping assignments
Roster operations team as required
De-activate "repeat offenders"
Ensure all inbound calls are answered without delay
Monitor assign progress
Provide training to operations assistants where needed
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as an OPS TL
Have demonstrated line management skills for teams of up to 10 people
This position is for a full time employment for a New Zealand account that will be starting their operations on January 2012 here in Manila Philippines
Must be able to work during Saturdays and or holidays
Must have advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
Candidates must be willing to work in Ayala Ave. Makati City
