Responsibilities:
Primary lead in the development and implementation of the sale, marketing and management efforts for Vista Global Media brand and services. Provide both on and offline sales, marketing and promotional expertise in order todriveincreased client base, revenues, market share, and brand awareness. This is completed by developing, implementing and measuring sales and advertising efforts in the territories assigned. Succeed by being the corporate expert on the target audience, competition, business drivers, partners, and trends for web centric services and solutions. Create best of breed programs and promotions that maximize company benefit.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Oversee the sales and marketing plans to insure optimal ROI and cohesion
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
Identify targets and marketplace dynamics impacting the web services industry
Close new client relationships
Develop a close working relationship with clients to become a strategic partner in their businesses.
Development of best of breed sales techniques
Develop new client acquisition plans, implement them and measure them.
Drive agreement on key objectives for respective targets with cross functional team members
Develop sales and marketing plans for respective targets based on collaboration with internal and external partners
Plans will encompass the ROI expectation from each advertising aperture, be differentiated to ensure Vista Global Media competes effectively in the web services space. Key components include web development, website creation, website maintenance, SEO, Online Advertising, graphic design, and call center services.
On an on-going basis, identify key opportunities by regularly monitoring the market, offers versus competition, VGM brand positioning and presence, and PR coverage
Be a corporate expert for sales and evangelize key takeaways with the other internal groups. Includes:
Understanding what the main levers are for driving sales and contracts within the target verticals
Understanding activation habits by target, demographic and media sub category type
Analyzing the competition (their offer strategy, incentive strategy, position strategy, profitability, etc.)
Understanding the client and how they view web services as a part of their business and their own business metrics.
Help define data requirements necessary and work within the company to build and or to obtain it.
Communicate key issues and opportunities to senior management to influence programs and promotions decisions
Recommends to senior management how best to allocate resources within the online e-gaming space.

Requirements:
A BA or equivalent 4-year degree, MBA a plus in business, marketing, economics, mass communication
One -Two years of relevant experience in outside sales space with a background in technology or advertising business in a marketing or account executive role is a major plus
Proven sales experience from cold calling to closing large complex contracts.
Proven analytical experience with marketing, trend analysis, ROI evaluation, forecasting market and market share and promotion development, etc.to drive accurate demand forecasts.
Proven successful experience at developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups or individuals and effectively implements and coordinates these plans.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely - both orally and in written form
Well presented, attractive and a go getter.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and ability to effectively manage multiple projects required
Ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups and collaborate to achieve specific objectives.
Ability to work independently and take action to achieve position goals and objectives.
Knowledge of web services, computer and internet savvy
