• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably in IT, Computer Studies or Engineering course.
• Must have 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in technical support experience in data communications environment
• Must have strong Cisco skills
• Must be a CCNA certification holder. CCDP / CCNP certification would be an advantage
• Must have in-depth knowledge of networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, Wireless networking, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP
• Must have working knowledge of VPNs, IP Telephony, Remote Access Environments, WAN Optimization
• Must have knowledge of networking monitoring tools Vitalnet, CiscoWorks and Netscout is preferred
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be a strong team player and have good customer service skills
• Must be willing to work in Alabang in flexible work hours
• Full time/contract position available
