HR Assistant (Generalist)
at TRION in Metro Manila-Pasig
- Will be the strategic partner in handling the different facets of HR particularly Recruitment-Selection-Placement, Comp/Ben, ER and Training of the company and its business units
Requirements:
- Female not more than 35 years old, a Bachelors degree holder, BS Psychology is highly preferred
- With minimum of two (2) years solid experience in handling HR such as RSP, test administration and interpretation, Employee relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Organizational Development
- knowledgeable in different pre-employment exams and requirements
- can deal effectively with other people
- Computer literate
- a team player; Service oriented
