Ortigas-Based Call Center Agents for a Pioneer Travel Account!
at IBM Global Process Services in
Responsibilities:
• 24x7 operations but peak will be in the morning shift. Minimal staffing during the night.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for one of the largest airlines in the world.
• Provide value to the customer by being responsible for the provision of service and sales solutions in an effective and efficient manner.
• Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships
• Describe customer channels & products.
Qualifications:
• College graduate in any course or at least 2 years in college.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts.
• Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage.
• High school graduates or those without experience are welcome to apply.
• Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience.
