• Educating the customers about the product/Service.
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
• Categorizing the customer needs and suggesting appropriate packages or solutions.
• Meeting the project targets and deadlines.
• Project a professional company image through customer interaction

Experience :
• 1-3 years of experience in up selling and cross-selling technical products and services to US customers.
