JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Must have experience in client facing
Working knowledge of PC hardware and software
Knowledge in MS Office ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, web based applications
Familiarity with on-line communication/meeting tools and presentation platforms like WebEx
Average analytical and diagnostic skills
Preferably with At least 1 year experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrates experience in working in an Implementation role and has the ability to transfer knowledge
Understands the Trade Flow and Trade Processing business and current Security Industry initiatives
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City or Libis, Quezon City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
