• Manage interview scheduling, travel arrangements for candidates, conference room reservation and applicant interview coordination for international partners.
• Manage and update data in internal staffing systems and produce ad-hoc reports
• Liaise with SSC HR Specialists regarding updates concerning job posting and interview schedule notifications
• Address queries from applicants being handled regarding interviews, online application and online testing procedures.
• Participate in process development and improvement teams.
• Provide weekly reports to the HR Team lead regarding the progress for each requisition being handled.
• Develop and maintain effective relations with the Hiring Managers (HR KAM) or Local Recruitment Specialist.
• Provide continual feedback to the SSC HR Specialist or Local HR of China regarding the job posting and the progress of each requisition
• Coordinate regarding the confirmed interview schedules of the applicants with the SSC HR Specialist or the Hiring Managers (HR KAM) or Local Recruitment Specialist.
• Ensure satisfaction among clients being supported by providing correct information regarding all queries related to recruitment process, job postings and vacancies in the firm.
• Update SSC HR Specialists regarding the online test notifications sent to the candidates
• Cultivate good relations with candidates being processed and Local HR Specialists for each job requirement.
