Technical Support Professional (Hardware)

- Should be an IT-Related Course Grad
- If not, should have at least 6mos tech experience, not necessarily in a Call Center (preferred though)
- Amenable to being assigned in SM North Edsa / Shaw
- Computer proficient
- Good analytical skills and Probing skills.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Required language(s): English
- Above Average Communication Skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule (Dayshift, Midshift and Graveyard).
