RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PC Desktop Engineer is responsible of providing technical support and maintenance of the site's hardware and software needs, particularly with PC, Server, and Network troubleshooting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be proficient on the following:
MS Windows 2000/2003/2008 Administrator
Active Directory design/planning/implementation and maintenance
Group Policy Administrator
Windows Server including Microsoft SCOM and Microsoft SCCM
Must be amenable to work in a 24/7 environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Or ECE.
With 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Experience in BPO industry is required
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Full-time position available.
