OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
Open Access Marketing's Clients come from all over, and include companies in the Energy, Education, Internet, Healthcare, and IT industries. We can serve clients in multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Japanese and provide support for various business and knowledge processes.
Position Summary
Agents will make outbound calls to students who have expressed interest in continuing their education by going to client website and filled out on-line form to be contacted by OAM agents. The agent is to verify and match them with schools based on their area of interest and desired degree. This is a “survey like calls” wherein you help individuals get back to school.
OAM believes that our employees are essential to our success and thus we provide them with a fun working environment, salary incentives, and full medical benefits after 2 weeks and paid time off
Position Requirements:
• Exceptional English diction
• Priority given to candidates who can start immediately
• Good written communication and language comprehension skills
• Computer literate and has a working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work in Makati
• Willing to work on graveyard shift
Salary: Up to Php 22,000.00 depending on experience
