Full-time OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

QUALITY PLUS, a Management Consulting Co. located in Katipunan Ave., Loyola Hts., Quezon City is in immediate need of an OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT, preferably male, at least 28 yrs. Old, with at least two years college education or technical course, with a related work experience in messengerial and office maintenance. He must be familiar with personal computers maintenance and literate in MS Windows application, specifically MS WORD, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
The OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF is responsible for the office messengerial work and general office utility functions including, but not limited to the following:
1. Carry (deliver and/ or pick up) documents, packages, etc. from office to various local destinations, and vice versa (including collection and payment-related errands, purchasing, canvassing and logistics activities);
2. Clean and maintain office machines, equipment, and furnishings on designated schedules including troubleshooting and minor repair;
3. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, and monitor payment and collection schedules;
4. Assist in encoding, filing, organizing files and other clerical overflow works, and
5. Maintain general housekeeping in the office.
