CSR / Outbound Sales Consultant
at Call Me Global in Metro Manila-Pasig
USA based Marketing Agency needs Experienced Sales and Customer Service consultant for B2B Marketing Campaign.
POSITION:
Outbound Phone Sales &Customer Service Consultant.
The product and services you are going to sell/support is handled by a well-known company in the US. They provide high-end services to small and medium enterprises.
Call lists provided, script outline (you should be able to free form conversation).
You will be working with US managers (great opportunity to continue your English speaking proficiencies).
Additional duties will include database management and updating CRM with information.
Requirements for this job are:
3 years outbound telemarketing experience to English speaking countries.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Mass Communication/Business Course is an advantage.
Must have EXCEPTIONAL command of the English language.
Must possess STRONG PERSUASION and NEGOTIATING SKILLS
Must be computer literate and customer-oriented.
This will be during normal business hours US Central Time.
Expectations will be 2sales per week with incentives for longevity and productivity.
Client will be provided with call recordings to gauge voice quality and English proficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good sales and negotiation skills
Organizational skills, especially prioritization
Able to think on your toes
Drive to earn as much as possible
Driven to win business
Open minded and teachable
Ability to present profitable solutions to new and current clients
Business to Business Phone experience
Ability to absorb and retain new knowledge and information
Friendly and polite telephone manner
Confident and outgoing
Able to work across a team (dotted line reporting to Sales Manager)
