Technical Support Representative
at vCustomer Philippines in Metro Manila-Quezon City
1. Applicants must have at least 2 years college education or a 2-year vocational/certificate course preferably in anything Computer or IT - related
2. Must have a clear understanding and/or experience with computer hardware, storage devices, data back up, and networking
3. Previous Technical Support experience is a definite advantage
4. Must be able to effectively communicate in spoken and written English
5. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
6. Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
