Requirements:

  • At lease 6 months Call Center experience either Technical or Customer Service (Voice)
*Technical Troubleshooting skills required
  • At least a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Advantage if the candidate has knowledge of Mac products
  • Fresh graduates of computer-related courses are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with Australian accounts an advantage
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Willing to work in Hanston, Ortigas
