Responsibilities:
- Call Center Agents deliver world-class customer service to our valued customers across the globe.
- Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships
- Describes customer channels & products
Qualifications:
- Preferably, with customer service or sales experience
- Work experience in the banking and finance industry, and familiarity with credit card processing, is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computer and internet application
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
- Applicants must be willing to work in UP-Ayala Technohub
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- High school graduates are also encouraged to apply.
