SPONSORSHIP ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related Social Sciences courses
Candidates that are graduates of other courses may be considered as long as they have related work experience and passion for the job.
Willing to be assigned in any location within Metro Manila or occasional out-of-town trips.
At least 1 year related experience in Marketing, Sales, or conducting face-to-face presentations
A Christian (Roman Catholic, Born again, Protestant, etc.) that is involved or has experience in church ministry or other charitable activities
Can work with minimum supervision, driven to accomplish monthly targets
Above average interpersonal and communication skills
23-30 years old; Preferably single

Responsibilities:
The position holder would be responsible in providing support to the organization by means of approaching prospect child sponsors through face-to-face encounters and by converting this approaches to actual pledge through passionately explaining about the aim of the organization. Aside from this, he would be responsible in monitoring inventory of marketing paraphernalia and assisting in coming up with promotional concepts or corporate leads to increase acquisition.
