REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must be a College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in an IT/Computer Science or related course.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of work experience in a contact center of BPO environment.
• With experience and good understanding in IT Technical Support.
• Candidates should be familiar with Networking (Cisco platform), Telecoms (Avaya), Servers (HP, Dell, IBM Platforms) and Telecommunications (PLDT, Globe, AT&T, Verizon).
• Must be able to communicate in English and Tagalog.
• Must have knowledge with Microsoft Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.).
